To the Honble His Majestys Justice of the Superiour Court of Judicature &c now holden at Falmouth in the County of Cumberland aforesd
Humbly shews Hannah Pomery Administratrix of the Estate of Richard Pomery late of sd Falmouth deceased intestate- That the Goods & Chattells of the said deceasd are not sufficient by Fifty five Pounds one Shilling lawful Money to discharge his Just Debts, as appears by Certificate from the Probate Register herewith exhibited. Wherefore She petitions this honble Court for Libertyto sell so much of the deceasds real Estate as may be sufficient to discharged the same, and the Charges of Sale, and as in Duty bound will ever pray
