      In the Name of God. Amen, this first Day of December in the Year of out Lord Christ 1794 I Jeremiah Blake of Hampton Falls in the County of Rockingham & state of New Hampshire, Gentleman buna al this time this the G--- if God of a sound disposing mind & memory & calling to mind the uncertainty of this present life knowing this appointed unto all men once to die & being desirous for to settle my affairs before my decease Do make & ordain this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all & every former will or wills, Testament or Testaments by me heretofore made And First and principally I commend my soul unto the hands of God who gave it trusting in his merry thro the March of Jesus Christ and my body I commit to the Earth to be buried in he decent Christian manner at the Desiration of my Executor here in after named And as to such worldly good & Estate t as it has pleased God to bestow upon me in this life I do give Device & dispose of the same in in [sic.] Manner & form following viz.

      First I give & bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Blake the Easterly half of my dwelling house from the bottom of the bed art othes top of the house for her improvements so land as she remains me widow (reserving a privilege for my two sons Joshua & Levi as after mentioned) I also give unto my said wife her household goods & furniture which she brot with her when I married to her to dispose of a her pleasure I also give her two cows & four sheep to be kept on the place summer & winter for her use & improvement and firewood sufficient for one fire provided & cut as he As the Door passor the four & twelve bushels of Indian Corn, four bushels of English grain, two hundred pounds weight of good pork & fifty pounds of beef Annually with sauce answerable & two barrels of Cider All to be provided by my Executor & twenty pounds of good flax annually during the term of widowhood as aforesaid.
      Item, I give & bequeath to my Daughter Abigail Sanborn ten shillings to be paid her in one year after my Decease by my executor.
      Item, I give & bequeath unto the heirs of my daughter Sarah Puirvers deceased, Six Shillings to be paid them in one year after my decease.
      Item, I give and bequeath unto my Son Enoch Blake Six Shillings to be paid him in one year after my decease by my Executor.

      I give unto my daughter Jemima Hoott Six Shillings to be paid her in one year after my Decease by my Executor.
      Item, I give unto my Daughter Lucy Hillyard Six Shillings to be paid her in one year after my Decease by my Executor.
      Item, I give unto my daughter Lydia Lane Six Shillings to be paid her in one year after my Decease by my Executor.
      Item, I give & bequeath unto my Son Joshua Blake his heirs & assigns Eighty Dollars to be paid him in one year after my Decease by my Executor. And a privilege for himself in the Easterly party of my Dwelling house in common with my wife do long as he remains in a single and unsettled state.
      Item, I give & bequeath to my son Levi Blake his heirs & assigns one hundred twenty Dollars equal to thirty six pounds lawful money to be paid him by my Executor in one year after my decease & privilege for himself in the Easterly part of my dwelling house in common with my wife so long as he lives a Single Unsettled life.
      Item, I give & bequeath unto my son Jeremiah Blake his hers & assigns forever, All my whole Estate both real & personal reserving the improvements of he Easterly half of my dwelling house to my wife & two Sons Joshua & Levi as above explained. I do hereby this my Son Jeremiah to pay all my just & honest debts & funeral charges in convenient time after my decease & the Legally mentioned in this my will. And I hereby constitute this my Son Jeremiah Blake Sole Executor of this my will & for Confirmation of all aforegoing I have hereunto set my hand & seal the Day of the Date aforewritten, signed & sealed, published & declared by the said Jeremiah Blake to be his last will & testament in presence of
      Jeremiah Lane, Henry Blake, Dearborn Blake Jeremiah Blake (Seal)
