A Return of a Road laid out by the Select Men of the Town of Wolfborough leading through a part of said Town as follows Vizt
Beginning at the road leading to pine hill so call'd thence running northeasterly to Samuel Johnsons Land thence North through said Johnsons Land will it strikes David Pipers Land thence Northeasterly by the dividing line between said Johnson and Pipers land thence running to the west of North through said Pipers Land so as to leave said Pipers House on the west side of said road thence Northeasterly near the path they now pass in thence through Gershom Clements land in such direction as they may agree on thence Northeaterly and Northerly near the road they now pass in till it comes to land left for a road between Lot No fifteen and lot No sixteen thence throug the Easterly Corner of lot No sixteen where they Now pass thence through Saml Connors land where the road is now laid out thence running North half East to William Rogers Land said road is to be two rods wife and is to be no Expense to the town of Wolfborough for land said road goes through
We the subscribers agree to fence out sd road as soon as may be thought Nessessary
