The Memorial of George Cristy, Francis Courtney and James Hagan humbly sheweth
That your Memorialist George Cristy was born in the province of New Hampshire, not the United States, where his Father and Family suffered severely during the Rebellion by their Loyalty and attachment to the British Government, soon after which He removed with other Loyalists to New Brunswick and has resided for the last thirty years in Saint Stephen, County of Charlotte. Your Memorialists have the means, and it is their Intention should their application be complied with, to cultivate and improve the Land asked for, forthwith, according to the Royal Instructions, and They have not directly nor indirectly agreed for the Sale or Transfer of the same to any person or persons whatsoever.
Your Memorialists therefor pray that your Excellency will be pleased to grant unto George Cristy, the Farm Lots Number forty six and forty seven in the third Division of the Grant to Peter Christie and others formerly the Grant to Nehemiah Marks and other escheated and part regarded containing each One hundred and eight acres, and also the Gore Lot Number twenty four adjoining and lying Northwesterly of the same, containing ninety two Acres, which three Lots were formerly returned for him by Donald MacDonald Esquire Deputy Surveyor, and as he supposed allotted to Him, but it has not until now been in his power to take out a Grant. Memorialist has a Son in his twenty first year, and three other Children.
Your Memorialist Francis Courtney prays for a Grant of Lots Number fifty six and fifty seven in the Same Division containing each ninety four Acres.

Those Lands are all in a Wilderness State. Your Memorialists have the means and it is their Intention to cultivate and improve forthwith according to the Royal Instructions, neither have They directly nor indirectly bargained for the Sale or Transfer of the Land to any person or persons whatsoever.
And Memorialists as in Duty bound will every pray
