  • Notes
    • The most likely person for Honor's unknown husband is Elias Davis from Halifax. He had lived in Granville and Annapolis Royal before coming to Penobscot. He was an artificer there in 1779. The Census 1770 at Annapolis lists 1 man 1 woman 1 son in the household of Elias Davis, which is consistent with the known children of Honor. Honor's husband died around 1780 or so, and there are no further records of Elias after 1779. Honor's daughter Elizabeth named a son Elias D.

Elias Greenlaw s Thomas Greenlaw m Elizabeth Davis. [There is an Elias Davis r Bakerstown/Poland m Bethia. Elias Davis and Elias Jr r Vassalborough 1800]

Are Rachel, William, Sophia, Charlotte, Martha r 1784 St Andrews children of James Davis m Hannah Cressey?

Related to James Davis m Hannah Cressey? Hannah's brother was Abel Cressey, whose sons married Cookson sisters.
Related to John Davis m Sarah Bradford, and the other Davises of Meduncook/Friendship? Sarah Bradford's brother is Benjamin Bradford, who John Davis named as an uncle. Sarah's brother Cornelius was a witness to a power of attorney by the same John Davis.
