      The Petition of Elizabeth Greenlaw of Saint Andrews in th County of Charlotte Administratrix of the Easte and ? of the late William Greenlaw deceased who is dead intestate.

      Humbly Sheweth
      That the personal estate of the said William Greenlaw deceased which has come to the hands of your Petitioner amounts to by appraisement thereof in all to one hundred and twenty five dollars, that the debts of the Estate as far as they can be ascertained amount to upwards of four hundred dollars. That your Petitioners has paid an account of the said Estate for personal Expenses and Expenses of Administering twenty five dollars and that petitioner has no sufficient personal estate for the payment of the said debts.

      That the real Estate of the said William Greenlaw deceased consists of the folloing lot a parcel of land that is to say a certain fifty acre lot situate upon the Frye Road in the said Parish of Saint Andrews occupied by him the said William Greenlaw at the time of his death and by Petitioner his widow since, of about the value of two hundred dollars. That the said William Greenlaw left no children him surviving and has ? ? ? ? his sister Ann wife of William Little resident in Saint Andrews aforesaid and Martha wife of Charles Greenlaw resident in the State of Maine and the children of Isaac Greenlaw brother of said William Greenlaw now dead and John Greenlaw brother of said William Greenlaw also dead, the children of said Isaac and John Greenlaw now being in different parts of the world and with no exception out of the ?
      Your Petitioner therefore humbly pray that license may be granted to her to sell the said Real Estate of the said deceased for the payment of his debts; and as in duty bound will ever pray.
