- WONDERFUL, my Griffins are about my only stone wall!!!!!
My Grandfather George Burley/Burleigh b. 1877, married Elizabeth M. Griffin, her parents were John Griffin and Catherine Golden.
Although, I have information that they were both born in Ansonia, Ct., it is so strange to me that I found their marriage register and it took place in Manhattan, NY, Oct 28, 1902??
Also, I will share the attached with you. I clipped it out of the newspaper in 1988, because he looks just like my father. Of course, this could be a coincidence.
Dr. John H. Griffin is attached, he was born in Mass.
Let me know if you have anything, thank you very very much.
Carol T from Connecticut now living in Florida.
