      William Remick's Will
      I William Remick of Eliot in the county of York, being of sound mind and memory, do make ordain and publish this to be my last will and testament.
      Firstly, My will is that my Executor hereafter named pay all my just debts and financial charges.
      Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughters Mary, Hannah, Elizabeth and Grace thrity three dollars and thirty three cents each; also I give to the heirs of my daughter Abigail deceased thirty three dollars and thirty three cents, all to be paid by my Executor in one year after my decease.
      Thirdly, I give and bequeath unto my beloved son William Remick and his heirs and assigns forever all my real estate with the reversion and remainder thereof or depending thereon. Also all my personal and movable estate of what name or king soever the same may be to hold him his heirs and assigns.
      Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my said son William Remick Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby requiring him to pay my son John Remick one dollar, which is in full of his share of my estate, with what he has already had. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of December, in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eleven.
