on the southeastern side of the great road from Saint Andrews to Fredericton near the head of the Waweigh river being a Lot containing One hundred acres more or less
and deeded to the said Joseph Rankin by the said Colin Campbell 28 October 1828
...is to somprise One equal third part or front on the said Great road between Charles Emerys Two acres off the said Lot and the south western Boundary thereof
and to commence at the boundary on the said road of the one third I have this day sold and conveyed to One Jane Morrison and running along said road One third of the distance Southerly until it meets the South westerly ccorner or boundary of the said grant in the road aforesaid
thence at right angles running along said South westerly line easterly toward the rear line of the grant as far as the line of the Jog so called
thence northerly at right angles until it strikes the corner of the piecce this day by me conveyed to the said Jane Morrison
thence along Jane Morresons line to the place of beginning at the road aforesaid
also
one undivided thirrd part of the whole of the rear of the said lot between the rear line and a prolongation of a parallel line with the rear line from the corner or Jog to the South westerly boundary
