Ricket's Island, St Andrews, Charlotte, NB |
- Shirley O'Neil October 2014
The Rickets lived on Ricket's Island just above where the school now stands. The Simpsons lived just below our farm (down river). The Budds lived on the island too. I have heard it called by both names but mostly Budd's Island. I think that Archie Nixon used to put his sheep there for the summer in my time, but I don't remember anyone actually living there.
